This large belt buckle by Yazzie Johnson and Gail Bird is such a colorful composition that makes quite a statement. The fine stone is of Paiute Canyon dendritic agate, and it is expertly set in silver. The fossilized black image embedded in the stone gives a gorgeous and wearable combination of black and caramel colors. As striking as the front of the buckle is, the reverse is just as fantastic. The reverse is a silver overlay image of a bird and flowers with 18kt gold highlights. This exquisite buckle measures 2 5/8" x 2 5/8". It fits a 1 3/4" belt and has a pronged closure. It is hallmarked with Yazzie and Gail's hallmark.
