We are happy to exchange an item with another or issue a credit, but we are unable to issue cash refunds.

Just repack your item and call us as 505-795-4345, Monday – Friday, 9:00a.m. to 5:30p.m. MST. We will assist you in returning your item and selecting a new one or receiving a credit towards a future purchase.

For your security, please make sure that you return your item with an insured courier like FedEx, UPS, or USPS Parcel Post, and retain your receipt.  Also, please insure your item for the full purchase price as we are not responsible for returned items damaged or lost in transit.
