Here's an old pair of sandcast, star shaped buttons from the early 1920's that we've made into the greatest pair of earrings. They're just large enough and different enough to make quite a beautiful statement! The old Navajo buttons were sometimes called Grandmother's buttons, which is so interesting because there's nothing grandmother about them.  They measure 1 1/2" length x 1 1/4" width. They're for pierced ears.
