Today, the Coonsis family of Zuni Pueblo does some strikingly realistic inlay. This pendant of an eagle is by Rolanda Haloo, mother of Colin Coonsis. This rich piece is handmade of jet and fossilized ivory set in silver. The pendant measures 1 7/8" long x 5/8" wide. It is signed "RH Zuni Sterling" on the reverse.
