A common theme for Raymond Sequaptewa is Katsinas. This necklace is entitled "Katsina Spirit." On a necklace of natural turquoise graduated beads hangs a large pendant in the form of a katsina with a cast silver tableta. On the body of the katsina, Raymond has inlaid turquoise, fossilized ivory, sugalite, charoite, wood, lapis, and gold accents. The katsina’s face is carved of fossilized ivory, and it is wearing turquoise earrings. The pendant’s length is a large 4 1/4" while the width is 1 1/2" The graduated turquoise bead necklace is 15 1/4" long plus a 5" adjustable silver chain. It is signed, "Sequaptewa."

This is a very wearable bracelet. Edison Cummings has tufa cast silver bands leaving two cut-out areas for the arm to show through. The bracelet measures 5 1/4" circumfrence, 2" width, 1" opening. It is signed "E Cummings" on a silver plate set inside the bracelet.
