This Nampeyo seed jar comes from the Ex-collection of the Cape May Historical Society. It is done of redware painted with a textile design. Marti believes that it was painted by Nampeyo and Lesso in the later days of Nampeyo's life as some of the painting goes outside of the lines. The jar measures 5 3/4" diameter with a 1 3/4" height.
