This miniature basket was made by a very small group of Native Americans on the Northwest Coast of Washington, the HoH. Marti recently purchased the piece in Forks, WA while on a vacation there. It has a design of flying birds. It is twined of spruce root with a woven start of cedar bark. It is all natural, ca 1940's - 1950's. It is unsigned, and it measures 3 1/2" in diameter.
