Miniature Pima basket. This one is very finely woven of grass stems and devil's claw. It is a negative/positive design with a swirling fret pattern. It is the tiny version of a large basket or tray that would be used for gathering foods like mesquite beans. We are dating it ca 1950's. It is part of the ex-Gloria Teleki Collection.
