Think for a moment about the work that went into this remarkable McKee Platero necklace. This large, heavy necklace features 44 silver diamond shaped beads. Each one measures 3/4", and each is entirely handmade by McKee. The centerpiece of the necklace is a huge 4 1/2" x 2 3/4" naja adorned with 8 natural turquoise beads. Notice the silver spike in the center of the naja - details like this are entirely McKee! Even the large swirly, heavy gauge silver clasp is handmade by McKee. This showpiece is not for the faint of heart as it is quite dramatic. It is signed with McKee's three dot hallmark. The necklace hangs 19 1/2" including the naja.
