This is a very special part of our jewelry estate sale. It is a traditional nugget necklace of natural Lone Mountain turquoise. The turquoise nuggets are interspersed with natural turquoise beads ending with heishi. The piece hangs with a Native wrap. It is clearly made for Native Americans and not for the art market. It is Puebloan in origin. The necklace dates circa 1950's, and it measures 13 1/4" long.
