Leonard Martza is one of the only old time Zuni artists, who is still living. He used to work for C.G. Wallace back in the 1950's, so his work is even in the famous C.G. Wallace Collection. This little pendant of a knifewing head is representative of his jewelry style, which is inlay usually set within a stamped silver border. The piece is signed "LM" and it comes directly from Zuni. It measures 1 1/2" long x 1 1/4" wide.
