Knifewing Pin Possibly Lambert Homer

This is truly one of the most perfect knifewing figure pins we've ever seen. At 3 3/4" x 3 3/4", this large Zuni pin is unmatched. It was originally attributed to Lambert Homer, but it is unsigned and we don't know for sure except that it has all the marks of being done by a true master Zuni jeweler. Notice how the white inlay in the wings is slightly raised and carved. Notice how the waist on the figure is slightly cinched in. Notice the impeccable winged silverwork that holds the flawless inlay. The piece dates ca 1930's. Considering that it belongs in a museum, it is a bargain at just $3400! Zuni Celebration, indeed. From the ex-Linda Nelson collection.
