We are pleased as punch to have received a fine collection of old Hubbell glass jewelry. This piece is a 1920's ingot silver ring set with a Hubbell glass center stone. Such a rare piece, the ring is beautiful in its simple style. The centerpiece of the ring is its large pierced Hubbell glass bead - the beads were originally imported by trader John Lorenzo Hubbell (of Hubbell Trading Post fame) and sold or traded to American Indians in the area for use in their jewelry-making. They are quite rare today and highly collectible. This ring is size 5 1/2, but it could be sized to fit. The face measures 1". It is unsigned.
