Marti saw the work of Navajo jeweler Florence Francis for the first time at the Heard Fair this year and immediately fell in love with it for its affordability and its drama. These earrings are by Florence Francis. The earrings are handmade of abalone rectangles that support a light weight textured silver oval with cut out designs. Although the earrings are quite long at 3 1/2" with a 3/4" width, they're surprisingly light and wearable. Each earring is signed with an oval silver tag that says "Francis".
