We are not usually fans of the coral and turquoise chip inlay done in the 1970's, however, this pair of chip inlay earrings is just fantastic. In fact, Marti is not even sure of the origin of these earrings. She just knows that she loves them. Notice the hearts at the very top of the earrings and how nicely they go with the tear-drop shaped pieces at the bottom. They dangle 2 1/2" long x 1 1/4" wide. On the reverse, the are signed "Sterling" and there is another hallmark that we cannot make out, possibly even designating these as fine Mexican silverwork, however, they may very well be American Indian.
