This adorable Hopi footprint bowl is the kind of pottery piece you're likely to find in our catalogue. It is by Daisy Hooee Nampeyo. For this adorable piece, Daisy painted a polychrome design with a white-slip. The best element of this bowl is the footprint inside the piece. Martha Struever believes that the bowl was completed in the 1930's and the footprint inside may belong to Daisy's son Raymond, who would have been very tiny then. The piece measures 6" diameter x 2 1/4" high. It is signed "Daisy Nampeyo"
