This is a very special squash maiden pin by Charles Loloma. Tufa cast of silver, the pin came directly from the Loloma family. It comes from the same cast as the squash maiden pin pictured in Martha Struever's book on Charles Loloma, page 71, figure 50. The piece is from Charles' earlier period, dating 1968. It measures 3 5/8" long and 1 1/2" wide at widest point. It is unsigned.
