An antelope katsina carved of cottonwood root, ca 1940-1950. It is mounted on a wood base. Leather fringe hangs from the back of the sash and attached to the headdress is a cornhusk with a pair of sparrow feathers. His posture tells us that he is dancing. Height 18" plus base.
