These rare silver hair pins are phenomenal! Tufa cast fleur de lis patterns are designed with two twisted wire "teeth" to hold securely in the hair. They're by old Navajo master Ambrose Roanhorse, best known for his modernist designs and his influence as Director of the Navajo Arts and Crafts Guild. The pins are hallmarked. They measure 3 3/4" in length x 1 1/4" and date circa 1940's.
