Here is an old Pueblo or Navjo coral necklace with 6 strands of natural orange coral of varying tube lengths. The varying sizes of the coral indicates that new strands of coral were added to the necklace as the owner’s family acquired more coral - a traditional practice. The necklace also includes natural hand-cut turquoise and shell jacklas. It is dated from the 1930’s. The necklace is wrapped in the Native wrap style. It measures 21" from end to end and the jaclas are 5 1/2" long
