This is such a charming polychrome hummingbird bowl by Dextra Quotskuyva! It was inspired by an experience Dextra had in which a hummingbird appeared outside Dextra's screen door. According to Dextra, the bird was the most beautiful hummingbird that she had ever seen. The Hummingbird image represents life to Dextra, an extremely important symbol. This is the most recent vessel that Marti has acquired from Dextra, December 2009. It is signed "Dextra" with corn. 5" diameter x 2 1/2" height.
