This cool modernist ring of Ironwood and silver with an overlay swirl is by Navajo artist Allen Kee, who worked at the White Hogan alongside his brothers George and Ivan Kee and first cousin Kenneth Begay in a groundbreaking modernist style. The ring is signed very faintly, much of the hallmark is worn off but the wood face is in excellent condition. It is size 7.5 and the face measures 1 3/8" x 1/2".
