The Lizard is a Hopi clan animal. This handmade Hopi overlay bolo represents the celebrated lizard. The silver lizard keeper measures 2 7/8" high x 1 3/8" width, and each tip is 2 1/4" in length while the entire piece, fastened to leather, hangs 19 1/2". It dates circa 1960. A steal at $145 for a vintage piece of authentic handmade Hopi jewelry. We do not know who the artist was.
